Wonderwalls | Wollongong 2013 – A three day art festival.
The time has come for the yearly mural arts festival in Wollongong, presented by The Hours, Verb Syndicate and Ironlak.
The festival will run from November 8 -10, including an art exhibition, artists talks and multiple large-scale murals being painted in the Wollongong CBD from featured artists SMUG (Glasgow), ASKEW (Auckland), ADNATE (Melbourne), WONDERLUST (Melbourne), VANS THE OMEGA (Adelaide), PHIBS ( Sydney), SHIDA (Melbourne), FINT AN MAGEE (Brisbane), TWOONE ( Melbourne), BEASTMAN (Sydney), NUMSKULL (Sydney), ROACH (Sydney), SCOTT MARSH (Sydney), THOMAS JACKSON (Sydney), PUDL (Sydney) , BAFCAT (Wollongong), JAE COPP (Sunshine Coast), IDIOT (Wollongong), SY KE (Wollongong) and TRAIT (Wollongong).
Catch members of the Ironlak Family, featuring LINZ, SOFLES, REALS, SIRUM and TREAS.
The artists on the Wonderwalls roster will converge on the city for this series of free public events. In Wonderwalls Wollongong’s second year they want to improve on gains made last year to present the city as a viable option for creative endeavours and projects, a place where artists can afford to live at lower cost without sacrificing culture. Increased cultural infrastructure will see the small city as an artistic tour de force in years to come.
Get down to The Gong for Wonderwalls, and the unveiling of their hidden artistic identity. What you see might surprise you.

Block Party - Roll With the Kings
We had our first Birthday bash over the weekend.. and it was great to catch up with everyone! Lucky the rain held out.. with only a few drops falling on the day.
Big up to everyone who rocked on and showed their support. Really appreciate it. CRUSH CITY began for the writers... it's your store..... we started this thing to represent one element and we couldn't do it without you!
MASSIVE thankyou to IRONLAK, DIRTY DEEDS and CLOUDED THOUGHTS for supplying us with heaps of giveaways! I hope everyone walked away with something on the day.
Cheers to the DJ's for rockin' the block. Once we got the sound issues smoothed, the party was pumping.
Thank you to WICKED CAMPERS for supplying our Artist Canvasses!
Hope you were happy with the result.. we think they came up trumps.
Finally a huge thank you to SIRM, SOFLES, SEIKO, MEKS & REALS from IRONLAK Team Australia who painted the vans for us.... They look dope! Also WENK and DIZNE who joined in on the action.
PEACE!!

Sofles brings you.. Ladies of the letterform
One of Australia’s most crazy talented and diverse aerosol artists Sofles is back at it again, successfully combining his graffiti aesthetic with other artistic practice including illustration and tattoo inspired graphics.
Anyway if your in Sydney you can check out the work of Sofles in his ‘Ladies of the Letterform’ exhibition, at Lo-Fi Collective.
At this stage we're not too sure if this will be showing in other cities but will find out soon.

Something that we like here. Ladies and Letter form..
Just not too sure of which order.
